About

Tessa is a research scientist at Databricks working on pretraining large language models. Previously she was at the New York Times using computer vision for sports journalism. She has a masters degree in Computer Science from Brown University and has worked at Pixar, SpaceX, Tinder and Snapchat. 

Christina is a cofounder of GPUpurse. She manages the Product Legal Program at Databricks with a focus on MosaicML. A Lebanese American UCLA graduate with experience at the World Bank, United Nations, and as a foreign correspondent covering financial markets, she works at the cross section of innovation, technology, and social impact.
